Sales Representative Program

Company Overview: Perfect Holiday is a leading provider of high-quality Christmas decorations, Solar LED Lights, Battery powered string lights, plug-in fairy lights, wreaths, garland, and a diverse selection of colorful and stylish artificial Christmas trees. We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Wholesale Sales Representative to join our team and drive sales across the West Coast / East Coast.

Compensation: Commission-Based

Responsibilities:

1. Sales Generation:
• Proactively identify and pursue new wholesale accounts within the assigned territory.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to maximize sales opportunities.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective product presentations and negotiations.

2. Territory Management:
• Develop and implement a strategic sales plan for the East Coast / West Coast region.
• Attend industry trade shows and events to showcase our product line and attract potential clients.
• Travel to key accounts and participate in face-to-face meetings as necessary.

3. Product Knowledge:
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and market demands.
• Demonstrate a deep understanding of our product line, features, and benefits.
• Provide product training and support to wholesale clients as needed.

4. Customer Service:
• Address customer inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and professionally.
• Work collaboratively with the customer service team to ensure client satisfaction.

5. Reporting:
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions.
• Provide regular reports on sales performance, market feedback, and potential opportunities.

Qualifications:
• Proven experience in wholesale sales, preferably in the Christmas decoration industry.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Willingness to travel and attend trade shows across the United States.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Compensation:
This position is commission-based, offering a lucrative commission structure with no fixed salary. The more you sell, the higher your earnings potential. Travel expenses related to trade shows and client visits will be covered for the first time.
